This pair of tired town houses was purchased by a property development company.
Hazelcliff was contracted to update electrical, heating, hot and cold water systems.
New installation of kitchens and bathrooms and replacement of fixtures and fittings.
Work was carried out in a private gated community so additional constraints on working hours, no of site vehicles and waste disposal were imposed on our working conditions.

The works were completed under a very strict time constraint so the properties could be marketed quickly.

Type: Residential Refurbishment and Extension.

This listed building was in need of total internal and external updating.
The clients brief was for the building to need no major works for the next 25 years after this refurbishment.
The main house was structurally changed very little but re-roofing and complete chimney rebuilds were necessary.
Electrical, heating, hot and cold water systems, comfort cooling, data, TV, Satellite and computerised lighting control systems were installed throughout the House.
New ancillary buildings were built out of specially sourced second hand materials to blend in with the age of the existing house.
New Portico and Orangery constructed out of Bath stone were added to enhance the house formality.
Entrance lodge was rebuilt again with materials to blend in seamlessly with existing structure.
Extensive external works were carried out with formation of walled in vegetable garden, new mini maze, patio area's, new entrance gates and drive.
